Chatbot
Every message answered, at any hour.
Customers message when it suits them, not when your office is open. A WhatsApp bot answers straight away, collects what your team needs and hands over properly briefed.
Bot building is included on every plan.
Why a bot
Most enquiries arrive when nobody can answer them
They come in the evening, on a Sunday, or while your team is with another customer. Without a bot they wait, and a customer who waits messages your competitor too.
The first reply decides the sale
Someone who asks a question and hears back in seconds is still interested. Someone who hears back tomorrow has usually moved on.
Your team repeats itself all day
Timings, prices, locations, status, documents. The same answers, typed again and again, by people you hired for something better.
Enquiries arrive half-formed
“Price?” tells you nothing. A second conversation is needed to find out what the customer wants, and half of them do not reply.
Nothing is recorded
Enquiries on personal phones and scattered chats leave no trail. When someone is on leave, their customers are stranded.
How a conversation works
From the first message to a briefed handover
The same five steps apply whatever you sell. What changes is the menu and the questions.
-
The customer sends a message
Anything: “hi”, a question, a click on your ad, a scan of your QR code. They use the app they already have open. Nothing to install, no form to find.
-
The bot greets them and offers a menu
A short welcome in your business’s name, and a handful of choices: product information, track an order, book a visit, talk to someone. Tapping is quicker than typing, and keeps the conversation on rails.
-
It asks only what your team would have asked
Name, city, what they are looking for, a reference number, a preferred day. One question at a time, in the order a person would ask them, so the answers are useful when they land.
-
It resolves what it can
A document sent, a status looked up, a location returned, a time recorded. The routine questions end here, without anyone on your side lifting a finger.
-
It hands over what it cannot, properly briefed
The conversation lands with the right person or team, with the customer’s details and everything they have already said. Nobody has to ask them to repeat it.
What the bot does
Ten jobs it takes off your team
Each is a branch in the menu. Pick the ones your business needs; we build and word them for you.
The bot knows when to stop. Anything it cannot handle goes to a human, with everything the customer has already said attached. A bot that keeps trying is worse than no bot.

By industry
What the bot asks, and what your team receives
The questions change with the trade. So does the handover, because what a salesperson needs from a tile enquiry is not what a receptionist needs from a patient.
The handover
Your team never starts from zero
When the bot passes a conversation to a person, it arrives in your shared inbox with everything gathered so far. The agent reads it in a few seconds and carries on from there.
- Route by what the customer chose: sales, support, accounts or a named person.
- Several people can work the same number, and see who has picked up what.
- Outside working hours, the customer is told when to expect a reply, and the enquiry waits in the queue.
- Notes and tags stay on the conversation, so a colleague can pick it up without asking again.
- The full history is kept, which helps with follow-up, training and complaints.

Going further
When the menu is not enough
Bot building is included on every plan. These are priced separately, because what they involve depends on what you already run.
AI assistant
The menu bot handles the enquiries that repeat. An AI assistant handles the ones that do not: a customer describing a situation in their own words, or asking which product, plan or service suits them.
It answers from your own catalogue, price list and documents rather than from general knowledge, and hands over to a person when it is out of its depth. WhatsApp permits business assistants for support and sales, not general-purpose ones, so it answers about your business and nothing else.
Locator setup: branches, stores and dealers
We load your outlet list against pincodes so the bot can answer “where can I buy this” or “which branch is nearest” in seconds, at any hour.
The reply carries name, address and number, and can include opening hours or a map link. Where several outlets cover a pincode, we set the order: by territory, by tier, or by who stocks what was asked for.
You also see which pincodes people search from, including the ones where you have no one. That is a map of where to appoint next.
Connect your systems
Order status, appointment slots, account balances and job cards come from your own software. We connect through the API, so the bot answers from live data instead of a copy that goes stale. Priced on what your systems involve.
Additional bot flows
More journeys: a separate one for professionals or partners, a returns process, an onboarding sequence, a renewal campaign. Quoted on what each involves.
Integration, registration and migration add-ons are on the pricing page.
Built within WhatsApp’s rules
What a bot may and may not do
A bot that breaks WhatsApp’s rules puts your number at risk. Ours are built inside them, and we tell you plainly where the limits are.
A customer can message you any time. Starting a conversation with someone who has not messaged you needs their opt-in, and we help you collect and record it.
When a customer messages you, you can reply freely for the next 24 hours. After that, you need an approved template to start again. The bot is built around this, so it never tries to send what WhatsApp will not allow.
Messages you send first, such as reminders and offers, use templates reviewed by Meta. We write them to pass, and Meta makes the final decision.
WhatsApp allows business assistants that deal with your own products and services. A bot that answers anything under the sun is not permitted, so ours stay on your business.
Never design a bot to collect card numbers, PINs, OTPs or clinical detail. Our flows send people to a secure link or a person for those.
Getting your bot live
How we set it up with you
You do not need to design a flow from scratch. You tell us how your team works; we turn it into a bot.
-
List the questions
You and we list the ten questions your team answers most, and the details your sales or support people need before they can help.
-
Write the flows
We turn that into a menu, the questions in the right order, and the replies, in your voice. You review every word.
-
Connect what matters
Files, locations and, where you want it, your own systems, so answers are right and current.
-
Test before customers see it
We run the bot through real and awkward cases, and your team tries it on their own phones.
-
Go live and tune
Once it is live, the conversations show what people actually ask. We adjust the menu and replies to match.
Your number has to be verified by Meta before the bot can go live, and that part runs on Meta’s timetable. How getting started works.
Questions
About the chatbot
Will customers know they are talking to a bot?
Yes, and we recommend saying so in the welcome message. People are happy to use a menu for a quick answer, as long as they can reach a person when they want one. Every flow has a clear “talk to someone” option.
What happens when the bot cannot answer?
It stops and hands over. The conversation goes to the right person or team with the details already collected, so the customer does not repeat themselves. A bot that keeps trying is worse than no bot.
Does it work in Hindi and other languages?
The bot replies in the language your flows are written in. Tell us which languages your customers use, and we will say how we would set that up for you.
Can the bot book appointments or take orders?
It collects the request and passes it to your team to confirm, which avoids double-booking and mistakes. Where you want it to book or order directly, we connect your system through the API, priced on what that involves.
What is included in the plans?
Bot building is included on every plan. Extra flows, the AI assistant, integrations and locator setup are priced separately, because what they involve depends on what you already run. See pricing.
Do we still need people to monitor WhatsApp?
Yes, for the conversations the bot hands over. Your team uses a shared inbox where each handover arrives with its context. The bot reduces how many there are and makes each one quicker, but it does not replace your team.
Is an AI assistant better than a menu bot?
Not by default. An AI reply is a chargeable message, so an assistant that sends four messages where a menu sends one costs four times as much. Start with the menu and add AI when your enquiries vary enough to need it. Most do not.
Does it work for my industry?
If your customers use WhatsApp, yes. The platform is the same; what changes is the flow. See the examples above, or tell us what you sell and we will say how we would build it.
