WhatsApp Business API for doors & windows

Made to order means a dozen messages per customer. Make them one thread.

A door or window order passes through enquiry, measurement, quotation, production, delivery and fitting. Keep the customer informed at every step on WhatsApp, and stop answering “when will it be ready?” by phone.

No per-message markup. You pay Meta’s rates; we add nothing on top.

Sound familiar

Weeks of production, and the customer hears nothing

Doors and windows are measured, quoted, made and fitted over weeks. The customer paid a deposit and then heard nothing, so they call. Your coordinators spend the day on the phone saying “it is in production.”

Measurement visits are arranged by phone tag. Quotations are sent by email and missed. Fitting dates change and nobody is told until the fitter is at the door.

What changes

Six things that stop costing you time

Measurement visits arranged in the chat

The customer sends an address and a preferred day. Your coordinator confirms, and a reminder goes out the evening before.

Quotations that get seen

A PDF quotation goes into the same chat the enquiry started in, with a follow-up if there is no reply.

Customers know where their order is

Messages when production starts, when it is ready and when delivery and fitting are scheduled. No one has to call.

Fitting dates change without a surprise

Reschedules go out the moment they happen, so the customer is at home when the fitter arrives.

Service and warranty requests are captured

Order number, the issue and a photo collected up front and passed to your service team.

Past customers come back

Renovation and referral messages go to opted-in customers a year or two later, when they are thinking about the next room.

Automated enquiry handling

An enquiry arrives on a Sunday evening. A site visit is on the calendar by Monday morning.

A bot collects what your coordinator would have asked: what the customer wants, where, and when. They hand it over briefed, so the first call is to confirm, not to ask.

  • Get a quotation Collects product type, rough size, city and timeline and routes it to sales.
  • Book a site measurement Collects address and preferred day, and passes it to your coordinator to confirm.
  • Track my order Takes an order number and returns the current stage.
  • Fitting schedule Confirms or reschedules the fitting date.
  • Service request Collects order number, issue and a photo, and raises it with your team.
  • Talk to us Hands over to a person with the conversation attached.

Dates and prices are always confirmed by your team. The bot collects and informs; it does not promise what a person has not agreed.

Built for how made-to-order products work

The parts specific to your trade

Long, multi-stage orders shape this trade. These add-ons are built around that.

Order-stage messaging from your system

Messages for production, ready, delivery and fitting fire from your own order data, so the customer hears at each stage without anyone typing. This is part of our CRM and ERP integration, priced on what your systems need.

Showroom registration

A QR code at the showroom or exhibition stand. Visitors register, your brochure reaches their phone, and you keep a named lead.

Additional bot flows

A separate journey for architects and builders, or a warranty and service process. Quoted on what each involves.

These sit outside the base plan and are priced on what they involve. See add-ons.

Before you ask

Common questions

Can customers book a measurement visit on WhatsApp?

They can request one: the bot collects address and preferred day and hands it to your coordinator to confirm. Where you want it to book directly into a calendar, we connect that through the API, priced on what it involves.

Can customers see where their order is?

They can ask, and you can also message them at each stage. Both come from your own order data once we have connected it.

What about customers who do not use WhatsApp?

Messages go only to people who opted in on WhatsApp. For anyone else, your phone and email processes stay as they are.

Can we send installation instructions or care guides?

Yes. PDFs and short videos can be delivered into the chat after fitting, which tends to reduce service calls.

More general questions, including cost and verification, are on the FAQ page.
