Sound familiar

Renewals and instalments slip, and the calls to chase them are costly

A premium or EMI missed by a few days becomes a lapsed policy or a collections case. Reminders by SMS are ignored, and phone calls cost money and goodwill.

Customers want a document, a status or a due date, and are put on hold for it. Leads from ads and referrals are called late, when they have already spoken to someone else.

What changes

Six things that stop costing you time

Reminders that are read

A message before a premium or EMI is due, and one after, on an app customers open daily. Neutral, polite and automatic.

Fewer lapses at renewal

Renewal notices sent early enough for the customer to act, with a clear next step.

Documents delivered into the chat

Policy copies, statements and receipts sent as files on request, once the customer is identified.

Status without a queue

Application, claim or loan status returned from your system, not by a person reading a screen.

Leads followed up while warm

Enquiries from ads or referrals get an immediate reply, a few qualifying questions, and a briefed adviser.

A record of what was said

Every conversation sits in a shared inbox with the customer’s history, which helps both service and audit.

Automated enquiry handling

A customer asks when their premium is due at lunchtime. The answer arrives before their break ends.

The bot answers routine questions from your own systems and never asks for sensitive credentials. Anything involving advice, a decision or a dispute goes to a person.

  • Due date and amount Identifies the customer and returns the next due date and amount.
  • Policy or statement Sends the policy copy, receipt or account statement as a PDF.
  • Application or claim status Returns the current stage from your system.
  • Request a callback Collects the need and a preferred time and routes it to an adviser.
  • Branch or agent locator Finds the nearest branch or agent from a pincode.
  • Talk to an adviser Hands over to a person, always for anything involving advice.

The bot never gives financial advice and never asks for card numbers, PINs or OTPs. Anything beyond status and documents goes to a person.

Built for how regulated businesses work

The parts specific to your trade

Accuracy and compliance shape this business. These add-ons are built around that.

Policy, loan and CRM integration

Due dates, statuses and documents come from your own systems, so the answer is always accurate. We connect through the API, priced on what your systems need.

Compliance review of your messages

Regulated businesses have their own rules on what can be sent and how. We write messages to your compliance team’s brief and make revisions as they ask.

Additional bot flows

A separate journey for agents and advisers, a renewals campaign or an onboarding sequence. Quoted on what each involves.

These sit outside the base plan and are priced on what they involve. See add-ons.

Before you ask

Common questions

Is it appropriate for regulated financial products?

The channel is the official WhatsApp Business API and is widely used for service messages. What you say on it remains subject to your regulator’s rules, so we write to your compliance team’s brief and keep sensitive actions off the chat.

Can the bot ask for KYC documents?

We recommend collecting documents through your own secure process and using WhatsApp to prompt and guide. If you decide to collect through chat, that is a decision for your compliance team, and we will set it up the way they approve.

Can we send promotional messages for loans or insurance?

Only to people who opted in to promotions, using approved marketing templates, and subject to your sector’s rules on solicitation. Service messages and promotional ones are kept separate.

How does the bot know who it is talking to?

It asks for a policy, account or customer number, and checks it against your system. For sensitive actions, we route to a person or a secure link.

More general questions, including cost and verification, are on the FAQ page.
