Parents ask at night. Admissions are won by whoever answers.

Admission season brings hundreds of enquiries in days, many after hours. Answer them all, book the demo class, collect fees on time and keep parents and students informed, without a counsellor on every phone.

No per-message markup. You pay Meta’s rates; we add nothing on top.

The PCM evening batch starts on 5 June. May I have the student’s name and your city so a counsellor can call you tomorrow?
Aarav Mehta, Indore
Thank you. I have sent the fee structure and batch timetable. Would you like to book a free demo class?

Sound familiar

Enquiries peak when your counsellors are busiest

Admission enquiries arrive in waves, in the evening, and in bulk after an ad or a result. Counsellors cannot return them all, and a parent who waits two days has already visited another institute.

Fee reminders are phone calls nobody wants to make, class changes are announced in group chats that half the parents have muted, and every record lives on a staff member’s phone.

What changes

Six things that stop costing you time

Every admission enquiry answered, instantly

Batch, fee and timing questions answered at once, whatever the hour, with the right details captured for counsellors.

Demo classes booked without phone tag

The parent chooses a slot in the chat, your counsellor confirms, and a reminder goes out the day before.

Fee reminders that do not need a call

A message before the due date and a reminder after it, with the amount and your payment link.

Class changes reach everyone

Reschedules, holidays and test dates go to the right batch the moment they are decided.

Study material delivered in the chat

Timetables, notes and test papers sent as files, instead of links that get lost.

Counsellors work a briefed list

Each enquiry reaches them with the student, class, stream and city already collected.

Automated enquiry handling

A parent asks about a batch at 9:20pm. By 9:22 they have the fee structure and a demo class proposed.

A bot answers the questions every parent asks, collects the details a counsellor needs, and hands over a warm, briefed enquiry.

  • Course and batch enquiry Class, stream and batch timings, with the fee structure sent as a PDF.
  • Book a demo class Proposes slots, collects the choice and passes it to your counsellor to confirm.
  • Fee details and payment Shares the fee schedule and your payment link, and answers due-date questions.
  • Timetable and notices Sends the current timetable and recent circulars for a batch.
  • Campus visit Shares the address, a map and visiting hours, and records the visit request.
  • Talk to a counsellor Hands over to a person with the answers already collected.

Admissions and fee concessions are decided by people. The bot informs and collects; it never commits your institute.

Built for how institutes work

The parts specific to your trade

Seasons, batches and parents as well as students shape this business. These add-ons are built around that.

Click-to-WhatsApp ad setup

We set up the flow your ads and posters open into, so every enquiry lands in a conversation that qualifies it. The ads themselves stay with your team or agency.

ERP and CRM integration

Fee dues, attendance and results from your institute system trigger the right messages, and enquiries arrive in your CRM with the conversation attached. Priced on what your systems need.

Additional bot flows

A separate journey for existing students and parents, or for scholarship tests and counselling. Quoted on what each involves.

These sit outside the base plan and are priced on what they involve. See add-ons.

Before you ask

Common questions

Can we message parents about students under 18?

Yes, to the parent’s own number once they have opted in. Collect consent at admission, and keep messages to what the parent expects: fees, schedules and attendance.

Can we send messages to a whole batch at once?

Yes, to contacts in that batch who opted in, using an approved template. Segments by batch or class make sure the right people get the right message.

Do you take fee payments on WhatsApp?

Messages include a link to your own payment page or gateway. We do not hold the money, and your existing collection setup stays as it is.

Will this work during admission rush?

That is when it matters most. The bot handles volume that counsellors cannot, and sends each of them a briefed list to work through.

More general questions, including cost and verification, are on the FAQ page.
