WhatsApp Business API for distributors & dealers

Fifty retailers, each calling the same three people.

A distributor’s day is answering the same questions from every customer: what is my balance, where is my stock, what is today’s rate. Let WhatsApp answer them, and keep your team for the conversations that sell.

No per-message markup. You pay Meta’s rates; we add nothing on top.

Sound familiar

The same five questions, from every customer, every day

Your staff spend the morning answering calls about balances, dispatches and rates. Retailers want an answer now; your team wants to get on with billing. Everybody is slightly annoyed.

Meanwhile reminders about overdue payments are made by phone, awkwardly, by the same people who are trying to sell to those customers next week.

What changes

Six things that stop costing you time

Customers check their own outstanding

A customer sends their code and gets their balance and due dates, from your billing system, at any hour.

Payment reminders without the awkward call

A statement before the due date and a short reminder after it. Neutral and automatic.

Order status without calling the godown

Dispatch, vehicle and expected delivery returned automatically as an order moves.

Rates and schemes reach everyone together

A rate change or scheme goes to opted-in customers the same morning, in one message from you.

Orders taken in the chat

Customers send an order the way they already do. It is captured with their code and handed to your team to bill.

Salesmen stop being the only link

The relationship sits with the business, in a shared inbox, so a salesman leaving does not take the customers with him.

Automated enquiry handling

A retailer asks for his outstanding at 9:40am. He has it before your team has logged in.

The repeating questions are answered from your billing and order data, and orders go to your team captured and ready to bill.

  • My outstanding Takes a customer code and returns balance, due dates and a statement PDF.
  • Order status Takes an order or invoice number and returns dispatch status and expected delivery.
  • Today’s rates Sends the current price list for the customer’s category.
  • Place an order Collects items and quantities and passes the order to your team to confirm.
  • Schemes Shares running schemes and the customer’s progress where your data allows.
  • Talk to accounts Hands over to a person with the query already described.

Balances and statuses come from your own systems, never from a guess. If the data cannot confirm it, a person does.

Built for how distribution works

The parts specific to your trade

Your numbers live in your billing system. These add-ons connect WhatsApp to it.

Billing and ERP integration

Outstanding, order status and dispatch messages need your own data. We connect the platform to your billing or ERP system. If you run Sales360, it is already connected; anything else we integrate, priced on what it involves.

Additional bot flows

A scheme tracker, a returns process, a new-customer onboarding sequence. Quoted on what each involves.

Migration from another provider

Already messaging customers from another platform? We move the number, rebuild the templates and get you live without losing your setup.

These sit outside the base plan and are priced on what they involve. See add-ons.

Example messages

What your customers would actually receive

Four messages a distributor typically starts with.

Payment due

Utility

Hi {{1}}, a payment of ₹{{2}} against invoice {{3}} is due on {{4}}. Reply STATEMENT for your account statement.

Order dispatched

Utility

Hi {{1}}, order {{2}} has been dispatched on vehicle {{3}}. Expected delivery: {{4}}.

Statement ready

Utility

Hi {{1}}, your account statement up to {{2}} is attached. Reply here if anything looks wrong.

Rate update

Marketing

Hi {{1}}, rates for {{2}} have been updated from {{3}}. Reply RATES and we will send the current list.

Wording is illustrative. The category shown is what each message would normally be submitted under, and Meta makes the final decision — which is why we write and categorise yours with you.

Changes sent to opted-in customers on the same day.

Before you ask

Common questions

Can customers see their outstanding on WhatsApp?

Yes, once we connect your billing data. The bot asks for a customer code first and returns the balance from your system, so it is always accurate.

Is customer account data safe in a chat?

We keep what is shown to what a customer would reasonably see from you, require a code, and can limit it further. Your own policy decides what goes on WhatsApp and what does not.

Do all our customers need to opt in?

Yes, for messages you start. Customers who message you first can be answered freely for 24 hours. We help you collect opt-in from your existing customers.

Can we send different rates to different customer groups?

Yes. Contacts can be segmented, so each group receives the right list.

More general questions, including cost and verification, are on the FAQ page.
