Fewer “where is my order” tickets. More orders that actually ship.

Order updates, cash-on-delivery confirmation, abandoned carts and returns, on the channel your shoppers read within minutes. Triggered from your store, so no one is copying order numbers by hand.

No per-message markup. You pay Meta’s rates; we add nothing on top.

Sound familiar

Support tickets, failed COD orders and carts that never close

Most of your support volume is the same question: where is my order. Cash-on-delivery orders get refused at the door, and every refused order costs you shipping both ways.

Meanwhile email reminders go to promotions tabs, and the shopper who left a cart at 11pm is browsing a competitor by morning.

What changes

Six things that stop costing you time

Order and shipping updates without tickets

Confirmation, dispatch with a tracking link and delivery messages fire from your store, so shoppers stop asking.

COD orders confirmed before they ship

A short yes-or-no message before dispatch cuts the orders that would have been refused at the door.

Abandoned carts followed up where they are seen

A reminder on WhatsApp, to shoppers who opted in, reaches people email does not.

Returns and exchanges start in the chat

The shopper sends the order number and the reason, and your team has what it needs when it picks the case up.

Back-in-stock alerts that convert

Shoppers who asked about a size or product hear the moment it returns.

Support stays on one thread

WhatsApp, a bot and your agents share one inbox, so no one repeats the order number three times.

Automated enquiry handling

A shopper asks where their order is at midnight. The answer is already in the chat.

The bot answers order, delivery and returns questions from your store data, and hands unusual cases to an agent with the conversation attached.

  • Track my order Takes an order number or phone and returns the current status and tracking link.
  • Start a return Collects order number, item and reason, then routes it to your team.
  • Change address Collects the new address and passes it on if the order has not shipped.
  • Product questions Answers size, availability and delivery questions from your published information.
  • Offers and restocks Lets shoppers opt in to alerts for products they care about.
  • Talk to us Hands over to an agent with the conversation attached.

Refunds and exceptions always go to a person. The bot answers what your data can answer, and stops there.

Built for how online stores work

The parts specific to your trade

Your store is the source of truth. These add-ons connect WhatsApp to it.

Store integration

Order, shipping, COD and cart events from your store trigger the right messages. We connect through the API and webhooks, priced on what your setup involves.

AI product assistant

For shoppers who ask in their own words: which size, which one suits. It answers from your catalogue and hands over when it cannot.

Our honest advice: start with the menu bot. Every AI reply is a chargeable message.

Additional bot flows

A separate journey for returns, subscriptions or wholesale. Quoted on what each involves.

These sit outside the base plan and are priced on what they involve. See add-ons.

Before you ask

Common questions

Which store platforms do you connect to?

We connect through your store’s API and webhooks, so anything that can send an order event can trigger a message. Tell us your platform and we will say how we would set it up.

Can we send cart reminders to everyone who abandons a cart?

Only to shoppers who opted in to WhatsApp messages. We set up opt-in at checkout so the audience is yours to message.

Do customers pay on WhatsApp?

Messages can include a link to your own checkout or payment page. We do not hold payments; your existing payment setup stays as it is.

Will this lower our support load?

Order status is usually the largest category of tickets. Answering it automatically, and proactively, takes most of that volume away.

More general questions, including cost and verification, are on the FAQ page.
