WhatsApp Business API for adhesives & construction chemicals

The applicator asks which product. Answer before he picks a competitor’s.

Your customers are contractors, applicators and dealers who decide on site, with a phone in hand. Put the right data sheet, the right product and a real person one message away.

No per-message markup. You pay Meta’s rates; we add nothing on top.

Sound familiar

The right product depends on a question nobody is awake to answer

Adhesive and chemical choices turn on the substrate, the tile size, the exposure. The people asking are on a site, not at a desk, and they want an answer now. When your technical team is busy, they ask a dealer, or ask a competitor.

Data sheets sit in a shared folder, application guides on a website, and the dealer has whichever version he last saved. Nobody is sure the applicator is using the current one.

What changes

Six things that stop costing you time

The current data sheet, every time

Applicators and dealers ask for a data sheet in the chat and receive the latest version, not a forwarded copy of an old one.

Product selection without a call

A short set of questions about surface, size and exposure narrows to the right product before a person is needed.

Applicators become contacts you can reach

A code on the bag or the dealer counter registers the applicator, and you can tell them about a new product or a revised guidance directly.

Dealers stop chasing order status

Dispatch and delivery messages come from your order data, so the dealer knows when stock will arrive without calling.

Technical queries reach the right person

Questions the bot cannot settle go to your technical team with the product, the surface and the photo already attached.

Complaints arrive with the facts

Batch, product and site details captured at the start, so the first call is about the fix, not about collecting information.

Automated enquiry handling

A contractor asks which adhesive at 1pm on a site. He has the data sheet in two minutes.

Most questions in this trade repeat: which product, which coverage, which data sheet, where to buy. A bot answers them straight away and hands the unusual ones to your technical team with the context attached.

  • Choose a product Asks what is being fixed and where, then suggests a product from your range.
  • Data sheets Sends the technical data sheet or application guide as a PDF.
  • Find a dealer Takes a pincode and returns the nearest dealer’s name, address and number.
  • Coverage help Collects area and thickness and returns an estimate from your published coverage figures.
  • Track an order Returns status and expected delivery from an order or invoice number.
  • Raise a complaint Captures product, batch and site details and routes them to your team. Coming

The bot stays inside what you have published. Anything technical it cannot answer goes to a person rather than a guess.

Built for how construction products are chosen

The parts specific to your trade

Decisions in this trade are made on site by people who are not at a desk. These add-ons are built around that.

Applicator registration

A QR code on the packaging, the dealer counter or a training handout. The applicator registers once, and you can reach them directly from then on.

AI product assistant

For the questions that do not fit a menu: a contractor describing a problem in their own words. It answers only from your data sheets and guides, and hands over to your technical team when it is out of its depth.

Our honest advice: start with the menu bot, and add AI only when your enquiries genuinely vary.

CRM and ERP integration

Enquiries become leads with the conversation attached, and dispatch updates fire from your real order data. Priced on what your systems need.

These sit outside the base plan and are priced on what they involve. See add-ons.

Before you ask

Common questions

Can the bot recommend a product?

Yes, from rules you set: surface, tile size, exposure, and the product range each maps to. It recommends only from what you have published and passes anything else to your technical team.

Will applicators actually use WhatsApp for this?

They are already on it. Asking on WhatsApp is quicker than finding a PDF, and replying with a photo from site is something they do every day.

Can we keep data sheets up to date?

Yes. When you revise a document we update it once, and every request after that receives the new version.

Do we need the AI assistant?

Probably not at first. The menu bot handles the repeating questions at lower cost. Add AI when your enquiries vary enough to need it.

More general questions, including cost and verification, are on the FAQ page.
