Offer terms
Please read before you apply
- The cashback is 50% of the Silver plan fee (₹20,000), given as credit that can be used for WhatsApp campaigns and messages.
- The credit must be used within 1 year of being credited. It cannot be used in the next year, and unused credit expires. It does not carry over on renewal.
- The credit can only be spent on messages to contacts who have opted in, in line with our acceptable use policy.
- The credit is not paid out in cash, is not refundable and cannot be transferred.
- The offer is for the first year only. From the second year, the plan renews at the standard price of ₹40,000 a year, with no cashback.
- If you upgrade to Gold or Enterprise during the first year, the cashback value stays in your account, to be used within the same year, and your plan is upgraded on a pro-rata basis for the balance of the current period.
- The offer applies to the Silver plan, once per business, and is subject to eligibility checks. We may ask for supporting documents at any time.
- If an account is found sending spam or messaging purchased contact lists, it is suspended without notice, the credit is cancelled and no refund is given.
- Concord Technosoft may change or withdraw the offer. A change does not affect credit already added to your account.

About the offer
Is the cashback paid to my bank account?
No. It is added to your account as credit for WhatsApp campaigns and messages, so it goes back into growing your business.
How long do I have to use the credit?
One year from the date it is credited. Credit that is not used within that year expires, and it cannot be used in the next year.
Does the offer apply every year?
No. It is for the first year only. From the second year the plan renews at the standard price of ₹40,000 a year, with no cashback.
What if we upgrade to Gold or Enterprise?
Your cashback stays in your account, to be used within the same first year. Your plan is upgraded on a pro-rata basis for the balance of the current period.
What can I use the credit for?
Campaigns and messages to your opted-in contacts, such as offers, announcements, reminders and order updates, within the year.
Can I send campaigns to a list I bought?
No. Marketing messages may only go to people who opted in. Using purchased data gets an account suspended without notice. See our acceptable use policy.
What if I am both an MSME and a funded startup?
You can claim the offer once. Choose either category when you apply.
