- It applies to packages only, not to add-ons, hourly support services or Meta’s message charges.
- Partners are verified before the discount is applied, and we may ask for supporting details at any time.
- The discount cannot be combined with other offers, including the MSME and startup offer.
- Every account is bound by our acceptable use policy. Messaging opted-in contacts only is strictly enforced. Spam or messaging purchased data leads to suspension without notice and no refund, whoever the account belongs to.
- Concord Technosoft may change or withdraw the partner discount.

Any package: Silver, Gold, and an agreed Enterprise package. It does not apply to add-ons, hourly support or Meta’s message charges.

Do we pay message charges?
Yes. Meta’s message charges are separate and paid from your prepaid balance at Meta’s rates, with nothing added by us.
